WARNING: This is quite the EPIC blog post………..
WOW. Matt and Stephanie promised a Team Awesome Wedding Retreat and that is exactly what it was. It all started on Friday and came to a blissful end on Monday morning. I wanted to get their wedding sneak peek out ASAP so I didn’t have time to edit the many photos I took this weekend of all the festivities! BUT I promise to post them soon!
Matt and Stephanie met while working on a cruse ship and have traveled the world together….how lucky are they?!? Stephanie and I have been friends for over five years now and on her trip home last year I was finally able to meet Matt and I can truly say, they are the perfect match. Stephanie also helped me out so much on my wedding day it was only right I did the same!
Their wedding weekend was held at Camp Newaygo in Newaygo, Michigan.
They chose to do a first look before the ceremony…
We had about an hour or so to get all of our photos in before the ceremony. I am SO glad we took that time because we got to check out the wetlands and an old abandoned house on Camp Newaygo’s grounds.
From the flour hearts leading them to say “I DO” to the Dr. Seuss vows, this wedding fit Matt and Stephanie to the T. Not one detail was left out and it was an amazing party. I mean the last hour of their reception was all karaoke!!!
I defiantly saw a few tears fall from Matt’s eyes while Stephanie made her way to him.
The ceremony was perfect and sweet and then we moved on to the PARTY.
Stephanie’s Maid of Honor flew in all the way from Australia and Matt’s Best Man came in from LA!
So happy for you both!!!!! Your wedding weekend really was AWESOME.
Safe travels to Matt, as you head to your ship! I will keep Stephanie company until she joins you next month!!!!!
